I can ring my assigned person anytime to ask for his help, he always answers the phone or rings back within an hour. Goes out of his way to help. Boards are up very quickly in prominent position.

We are constantly chasing the operator and head office. Our board instructions are taking anywhere between 2 to 3 weeks to be actioned. We are receiving complaints from our clients and we have been dis-instructed by one client due to the delay in the board being erected despite chasing on several occasions.Extremely poor service.Our boards constantly go missing and we are seeing an increase in board rejected". perhaps the operative could communicate with us to seek instructions rather than presume the board is rejected.Very unhappy with the service"

They will not email you a breakdown of your bill - they just send an invoice and expect you to login to each branch ID to then download a list. why not just send a breakdown with the invoice?

The customer service at agency express has been excellent. The whole process from ordering boards to receiving invoices is just so easy and stress free. Andy who puts my boards up always sends me a photo of the board when erected and a motivating comment when he adds the sold sign. I would like to give the whole company 5 stars but in particular Andy because his messages are going above and beyond what other board services do.
