Had a great time as always in Cambridge. Last week Saturday we ordered our dinner and all of our orders were mixed up,this really made us chuckle.I could tell the cooks were really having a bad night ,so we didn't take it personal. The same night as we were sleeping, drunk men came Knocking hard on our door then went running. This woke us up including our toddler. We were not chuffed. We explained what happened to the assistant manager as we were checking out, she did apologise and said she would refund half of our money in vouchers (60 pounds). We are still waiting for the refund.

Breakfast was pretty good for a British hotel. Lots of space to sit quietly and enjoy the food. Room small but completely adequate. Bathroom sink didn't drain properly and shower curtain smelt bad.

Can’t rate the actual hotel.Booked weeks in advance. Arrived at the hotel to check it to be told that they’re overbooked and unable to accommodate the booking despite being on a confirmed pre paid rate. Moved to another hotel miles away in a twin accessible room (not what I booked) with the inconvenience of being miles away from where I chose to stay.Will never book Travelodge again. The complete absence of customer service and care has deterred me for ever.

Rooms where great, service is incredible with an overnight bar and staff team. An example of an employee that stood out and helped solve all the website issues we where having was a guy called Vishal who is easily one of the best hotel workers I've talked to and been helped by.The only slight problem is the location which is next to a main road but it's not too big of an issue as its quiet at night regardless.Overall great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Cambridge.

The staff were really polite and helpful and the rooms were clean and warm. The only thing that wasn't great was the parking. Get there early if you want a space we arrived at 6pm and all spaces were taken.

The lady serving in the bar last Friday evening was very good. One of the men on reception was nice. Parts of breakfast were OK. Other staff clearly resented customers. The hotel is in a horrible area. Rooms were very hot. The noise inside and outside was terrible. The car park is horrendous. My bedroom was very clean, and the bed was comfy.

Standard travel lodge experience. They have a late bar and reception is nice. Location was a great for us.Parking is an issue if you can’t get in the car park. There is on street parking out front though.

They ask you to pay extra for WiFi! It's like at the beginning of the century. The breakfast was ok but not great. Cold was coming through the windows despite the building being relatively new.

10/10 for me.Spotlessly clean room dinner was excellent and cracking value along with half price drinks early evening, breakfast nicely cooked with items continually being topped up.Great team running the hotel always happy to help.

I was traveling for work and my roommate was snoring very loudly so I went downstairs to the front desk at 12:08am with a bank card, passport, and a willingness to spend any amount of money for my own room and they would not sell one to me. They had rooms available, but their system “could not do it” past midnight. I offered to pay double, to leave my passport with them until the manager came the next morning to sort out payment, whatever they wanted, but the person at the front desk would not budge.Otherwise, the rooms were clean, breakfast was above average, and the location was excellent.
