My experience of Approved Mortgage Solutions has been excellent! This is my 4th house move using them to arrange mortgages and insurances and I would never want to go elsewhere. So professional, helpful and supportive. Paul and his team are great, This time as well as Paul we dealt with Erin and Grace and they were always so responsive.

Awful experience dealing with approved mortgage solutions, dealt with my mortgage for several months “poorly” might I add, communication is awful with their clients, Paul barely returned phone calls as it was too much hard work when it’s not a cut and dry mortgage, honesty and integrity is something this man falls short of, would be more respectful to state you can’t help a client so they can find someone that can, instead of messing them around for months on end whilst their financial situation deteriorates. Luckily I found a new professional broker without fees who found me a mortgage very quickly and they showed me how truly horrendous this company is, if you have a difficult situation stay clear of Paul and his team.
