Just received my second order of medicinal mushrooms, my husband and I love this product! Tasty in water or with coconut milk as a latte and it makes me feel grounded yet more focussed. Next time I'll have to order some dried fruit treats, those are yummy too!

Stay away from this company total scammers!!!!I ordered Palo Santo that doesn’t smell like it at all which means it has a very low resin content. Very poor quality! It smells just of burned wood. My whole apartment stinks of a bon fire absolutely terrible. I use Palo Santo for many years and this is by far the worst product.I returned the product on the 26 of Aug. Until today (6th of Oct) no resolution found wasted postage to return the product. Excuses by Francesca first I should submit pictures yet no response to that until today, then they couldn’t refund the money because the owners are on holiday. I don’t know how they run their business but it’s absolutely appalling. I received a bad product and therefore I have the right to receive a full refund including postage.After multiple emails back and forth. Ignoring the customer is their solution.RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY- I never received any sort of reply offering a refund.- I bought my Palo Santo usually in Peru in person from a small Shaman shop and they smelled divine.- great business philosophy our products are always the same quality. You must have sourced the biggest tree in the world to guarantee consistency in quality. As far as I am concerned each tree will be very distinctive.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

My order arrived promptly, beautifully and securely packaged. I ordered the larger sizes of mushroom extracts (reishi, cordyceps, chaga, turkey tail, lion's mane). The glass jars are excellent and well-sealed, and the powdered extracts are all of the highest quality I've been able to find anywhere. The extract powders are authentic and uniform in their consistency, dissolve easily in water and have wonderful efficacy. Given the quality of these products and their price, I'm convinced you won't find better value anywhere else. As someone who has used extracts from these mushrooms for many years, I'm overjoyed to have found this company, and I won't be looking elsewhere from now on. I would thoroughly recommend Na'vi to anyone else looking for these extracts.
