Overall todays visit was well. found out about my cat needs, got vaccination etc. Well planned with reminders and secondary verbal confirmation. However VERY disappointed was the fact, that clinic had no records about cat, who was registered with them, micro chipped, neutered and on very expensive hypoallergenic food 8 years ago. Visit itself started from question how old is my cat as they have no records.

When I brought my boy in for a blockage they looked after him and treated him brilliantly. They have followed up brilliantly and we have more follow ups. They truly care for my boy and I can not thank them enough for everything they've done, from treating him, surgery, helping me understand his medication and planning more follow ups.They've even helped settle my anxiety when I worry and I'm able to email pictures and the vets ring me back to explain and so far so good.They even helped with the stress of insurance claims, giving me a simple form to fill out and they've sorted the rest for me. I cannot praise them enough.

As someone who travels alot this is probably the best veterinary practice I have ever been to. I finally have a diagnosis as to why socket of my dogs removed eye sometimes swells up. The video vet sounds interesting too. All in all very impressed

Always used Kingston Vets. Like the staff and my animals have always been treated well. I just couldn’t believe the increase in consultation fee now £61. Others in Hull charge £40.

Kingston vets park street.... Staff need training in sensitivity. Our dog recently passed away and we were told to take him to park street vets and call the when we were in the car park. We arrived called them and nobody came out, a nurse was taking some rubbish to the bin and saw us so asked if we were OK and said she would go get someone to help us. A young girl came out and asked our dogs name and started to drag our dog across the back seat of the car at which point I offered to help pick our decreased labrador up and carry him but she refused and said it was OK the other nurse would help her. After dragging our dog half way out of the car she told us to go to the reception where she said she would meet us for payment. We went to reception and was greeted by someone who asked our dogs name then put a card machine on the desk in front of us. At this point my husband nearly fell to pieces and said it was very insensitive of them to act this way to a reply of its what our manager has told us to do and we have to take payment straight away. My husband paid and walked out, I signed the paperwork and left. It was disgusting behaviour from the vets and I will never take our other dog there. My husband complained and a manager rang him back and said its just policy as they are owed money. I'm sorry but that's not our fault. We were supposed to be taken to a side room to sign paperwork and be given the opportunity to pay later but none of this happened. AVOID THIS PLACE IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!!

Took my 9 week pup Bentley yesterday for his very first visit to the vets. The pet health club is amazing value for money and there are loterally no hidden costs or fees at all! Bentley was treat like a little superstar with cuddles and treats all round. The vet was very helpful and didnt mind answering any questions I had. We were not rushed or anything and were very comfortable wirh Bentley in their care. See ypu again soon

A little bit crowded, no open area to move very much, but excellent treatment, that is the real point of a vets review. The vet I saw was excellent in every way. I felt at ease and that she gave me good information.

My dog loves this place. She drags me there when we need to visit the vet and sulks when we leave. The people at Kingston vets are always kind and helpful, the vets know what they are doing and have provided the best treatment possible for my girl.

Kingston vets have friendly and welcoming staff, the surgery has a calm atmosphere and the vet explained everything to us in a way that we could understand. She also told us the costs as we went.

I can't fault the care my dog has had recently. However, the insurance claim of the excess and extra £150 you have to pay in case of an over spend (Which was not made aware to us) and getting that £150 back is very clunky and does not appear to be very efficient. So despite having insurance and understanding there is an excess to pay, a blanket fee £250 has to paid up front which in the current climate is not always achiveable for a lot of people.
