I felt like her only client. At no point was I unaware of what was going on . Finding Simone has been a revelation for my legs! Her passion for and commitment to her work really shows, and it means that you are guaranteed the best results when you go to her. She really takes the time to treat you and your skin individually, and has fully converted me to the benefits of sugaring over waxing and, because she cares so much, I am maintaining my own skin regime far more than I used to: she’s inspired me! Her appointments may take a little longer than some traditional waxing salons but it is totally worth it as you can leave feeling confident that she’s treated your skin well, and left you as smooth as can possibly be. I can’t recommend her enough.

Simone is a wonderful therapist, she went above and beyond what was expected and her knowledge is amazing and very helpful.Best waxing I have ever had and will definitely be back!Loved the therapy room was very clean, classy and comfortable.Did feel a little vulnerable with the glass panelling in the door, and she was aware of this and she politely took it on board. I had a clinical massage combined with a facial. I was experiencing pain in my shoulder and they were extremely accommodating so much so I was even able to get an appointment on the same day. The atmosphere created was so welcoming and relaxing from the beginning. Not only did I receive a great massage but a lot of care and attention was taken to make sure that I got the most out of my appointment. The products used were lovely and of a high quality and the masseuse was friendly and engaging. The advice given within the appointment and also provided in follow up emails, was extremely useful. I will certainly be going back.

I have been sugaring with Enomis for about 1 year now and recently trying the monthly packaging aromatherapy massage and exfoliation and it is fantastic! I have never enjoyed so much going for hair removal! Simone is very passionate about what she does and knowledgable about the products she uses and she is always on the look out for new and better ways to treat skin.She is also very caring and always gives me a lot of advices on how to take care of my skin type. Everytime I go for my appointment( calling it appointment sounds wrong now as I feel like going to see a friend) I feel so well taken care of and the atmosphere is always welcoming and friendly(I can even choose background music!). I have a skin problem for a long time now and years ago I have gone vegan which considerably helped with my situation and Simone was just the missing piece! She is basically teaching me how to properly take care of my skin and above all everytime I see her I get a great charge of determination and positivity that is so important if I want to heal myself! I am happy to support her business and hope it will grow keeping the same vibes.

Simone came highly recommended to me and as a chronic asthmatic, I've tried many different types of treatment, but never Aromatherapy massage, so had no idea what to expect. Her professional approach and manner from the moment I arrived, immediately put me at ease. The Enomis Studio was warm, calming and impeccably clean. Simone really knew and understood both my condition and concerns, which came across in our initial consultation. She blended the essential oils (based on improvement of breathing) while I was there and always asked my feedback. During the massage she would ask about comfort, pressure, warmth etc. After that she got on with the massage while I enjoyed the experience and with the light music in the background, almost felt like I was meditating! Her genuine passion and attention to detail really stood out. She followed up with advice and even emailed a detailed report the next day. This was truly a fantastic experience! I think I will definitely be a regular, as I really value the positive affect it had on me (an increase in lung function from day 2). I remember feeling parts of my body I normally don't notice! Simone didn't just give a really great experience, but I left with so much knowledge about myself and a holistic approach to health, that I'm making significant changes to my life. My first time sugaring with Simone was an incredibly amazing, relaxing and satisfactory experience. I was a little nervous about the appointment but immediately felt at ease from the time Simone greeted me at the door. She was very friendly, welcoming and professional.Simone is extremely knowledgable and well educated regarding matters of the skin and appears to continuously build on her knowledge. However what impressed me the most was not only Simone's expertise but the care and attention she paid to me as a person. I was put at ease by having my favourite music played soothingly in the background during my treatment.Simone gave me lots of advice on after care and how to take care of my skin to prevent the issues I experienced.I must admit that Simone works to a very high standard and would not let me leave the clinic without having those standards met.Lastly, Simone only recommended products and treatments that cater to my needs specifically, without forceful selling.I thoroughly rate Enomis London highly and would recommend this clinic to anyone for their skin and hair removal needs.

Simone is a very knowledgeable and passionate therapist. I went for a facial. Simone was very good at explaining everything to me, giving me advices without enforcing anything on me. It felt like a very comfortable conversation rather than a hard sell talk you sometimes get in salons. As well as the facial, when Simone noticed I had a stiff neck she also tended to it and gave me advice on it. A truly holistic therapist!

I feel very lucky to have come across Simone and sugaring; I was reluctant initially to go for sugaring due to its higher cost that waxing, however I now see its benefits vs waxing. My skin feels very soft and it’s hydration improved and hair doesn’t grow back as quickly as before! Simone is a joy to work with, fun, thorough and really cares for her customers’ wellbeing. I appreciate the advice and education around skincare, and especially how Simone values natural skincare care products and ancient ways of looking after the female body and maintaining beauty. It feels like a treat to go to see Enomis for sugaring. You don't feel like 'just another client' like you do when you got to other wax parlours. She takes her time, asks lots of questions and really makes an effort to not only make you feel relaxed and comfortable (including asking what music you would like played), but also to make sure that she's given you the best treatment and follow up advice for YOU. It makes you feel as if everything is tailormade.Simone is extremely dedicated and cares about her clients. She's also the most knowledgable wax therapist I've ever come across and is just as likely to remove your body hair perfectly as she is to suggest a cream for a skin condition.She went above and beyond what anyone else would have when there was a bit of a mix up with me receiving a product.Go see her and feel pampered and well looked after.
