Fantastic service, I had severely blocked ears with wax and an infection in my right ear. Got seen by Terri who was wonderful and excellent throughout the week and following week I had to go back. I've been completely in denial about being deaf for years. A good friend finally had enough of shouting at me and insisted we visit a hearing specialist. I live in Spain so I had a limited time to make an appointment but the amazing staff at Hidden Hearing Liverpool went out of their way to fit me in. The hearing specialist did a fantastic job and even though I was reluctant to get hearing aids, he explained exactly why I needed them and the many benefits they would bring. One year later and i'm so grateful for my renewed hearing. I really couldn't understand how deaf I was until I got my new ears. The staff here are truly amazing, professional and supportive and I would highly recommend them to anyone with hearing issues.

Service for my hearing test and subsequent hearing aids was good. There was also no hassle whatsoever when I returned them within 60 days for a 100% refund.The reason for the poor review, and why I returned the hearing aids, was the price! These were my first hearing aids and I took the advice of the consultant regarding make and model. I paid for and received the hearing aids on the same day. On returning home I googled the hearing aids I received and found the exact same model £2,500 (two thousand five hundred pounds) cheaper at several other outlets. £3,250 instead of £5,750. I find this simply incredible. As I said, there was no problem with a 100% refund (but the shop would not budge on price). My advice would be to shop around for the model recommended to you.

After my family telling me I was going deaf due to the TV level and my headphones bing up high I decided to take advantage of the Free Hearing test. I personally did not think I had a hearing issue and it’s turns out I don’t have one. However I found out that the pulsing in my ears a few years back before my stroke was a red flag. I truly believe that Free or Cheap hearing and sight tests are so very important to get early signs of other issues. The staff at this hearing centre are very friendly very helpful and provide a very good service. I will be happy to return in 18 months to have my hearing checked by such a great team. As for my family ! They might need to get ear defenders when I have the TV on from now on.

This company took advantage of an old man who had a stroke and signed him up for a hearing aid costing £129 per month for 3 years!He can get one for free from the NHS.And his hearing is perfect anyway.

I have struggled with hearing for a few years now. Which has became a major problem at work recently. So bit the bullet and went to the Allerton road branch of this company 4 weeks ago. A thorough and comprehensive test was carried out by a gentlemen called Troy. I needed a hearing aid in each ear. And had them fitted that day. Then went back today for a check on how I was coping with them. And also to be fitted with the same hearing devices but in a colour that I had chosen as a preference on the first day. My hearing at work experience has vastly improved. The only real issue I had with these hearing aids was listening to music was not as pleasant as without them. Either streaming through the hearing aids or listening to my music playing set ups that I have at home. So after replacing my hearing aids with my preferred colour. Troy uploaded different hearing profiles that I can easily switch between and swapped the dome ear wax protectors that had come supplied with my devices. My issue with listening to music has been sorted with the music profile and the dome change. I am now a very happy bunny. All of these modifications and the follow up consultancy was free of charge. Troy has been very informative, friendly, relaxed, polite, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Explaining every detail ensuring that I understood completely and fully answering every single question asked of him. The reception staff member was also very friendly and communication with reminders has been very good. There is a 60 month money back guarantee on the devices I bought. But I can't see why I would be handing my devices back. The only time I expect to see them again is in 6 months time on my next check up appointment. All in all an excellent experience

I visited about a year ago. They asked me to bring someone with me for the test. And I arranged for my adult daughter to come. At the last minute she couldn't, and I called to check if that was ok. It was. When I arrived the man doing the check told me it was unacceptable. He did some basic tests. And said I would need to rebook. He asked why my wife didn't come, and said it should be her. When I said she was a teacher and couldn't make it when they were open, he instead booked the latest appointment (4.30), which I said she wouldn't be able to make, and he told me he was sure she work it out. Remarkably arrogant and pushy.I canceled the second appointment. Since then I've been called three times over the months to rebook an appointment. Each time I've politely asked them not to call me again. The third call was today, and I repeated this. We'll see if they've listened this time.
