I went here with a knee issue after seeing a few physios and sport massage therapists without getting any progress or a diagnosis. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave a clear diagnosis, great treatment and many recovery exercises. My knee is now better. Good work!

Mike is excellent: the best osteopath I have come across! I was in a lot of pain with my shoulder when I first visited him, having spent several months (& £s) visiting a chiropractor with no diagnosis or progress. Mike diagnosed frozen shoulder on my first visit and performed a technique over a number of visits which meant that within a week or two the pain became manageable and then comfortable very quickly which was a huge life improvement for me.Since then Mike has also successfully treated a knee problem and a hip problem for me and I will return to him without hesitation in the future should I have further problems. I would also not hesitate to recommend anybody to Mike for treatment and have recommended friends since who have also been treated successfully.

I have had 4 appointments with Mike at Pinnacle Posture after a recurring back problem had become much worse and I was struggling to walk or sit without pain. He took a thorough medical history, was able to diagnose my issue on my first visit and was able to give me exercises to do at home. He has helped to ease my symptoms already and I am more mobile again after only a few sessions. I had bad shoulder pain from various activities including, sport, heavy lifting, gym, and starting a new desk-bound job. Mike came highly recommended to me by a friend and I saw him for an initial consultation followed by 3 further treatments. He gave me genuine relief from my shoulder ache even after the first treatment, and along with the exercises & stretches Mike advised I should do, after the other three treatments my shoulder pain was gone. I have since seen him for sports massage and he recently treated my partners wrist pain with acupuncture and massage - I cannot fault the way Mike delivers all aspects of his treatments along with his genuine attention to assisting each individuals needs.

I have had 3 appointments with Mike to treat me for headaches which I have suffered from on and off all my life. After 1 session most of my headaches were pretty much gone and following sessions further eased off tension! I slipped my C6/C7 discs in my neck a few years ago, which causes continuous issues. Mike is the first osteopath that I have been to that has understood the exact nature of the complaint and, most crucially, how to deal with it. My neck is much improved with much greater motion and the pain has all but gone. I'd have no issues in thoroughly recommending Mike.
