Childrens and adults mental health services

Poor and lacking of knowledge of social anxiety and autism. Discharged patient because they couldn't give eye contact and interact due to anxiety being around people. Is there any wonder that would many people and children suffer with mental health because using this service leaves you going round in circles with no result. CAMHS you are failing people with your waiting list of 3 years this is ridiculous mental health doesn't wait it is disgusting how unhelpful your service is.

My son has been with chams for a while and in that time had 2 different workers who were to be fair amazing however no one seems to stay. He has trust issues and has been waiting for a 3rd worker for weeks. No one answers the phone and no one gets back to you when they say they will. It a totally unacceptable service considering the fact this is for children I am disgusted with the way it is run.

Absolutely disgusting don’t help with anything I’ve got nothing to say about this place other than I’m disgusted by some of the staff forcing you to do things you don’t want to do like going into a room by yourself when there supposed to be understanding but the reception staff are amazing and brilliant ~ Bethany

Ellie is absolutely brilliant and has done more for my son in a few weeks than anybody else did in 12 years and can not thank her enough.

Service is abismal. Staff are undertrained. Knowledge of mental health is poor. My loved one was tested for autism and reports came out of him not having it, only for him to be diagnosed with Asperger’s 6 years later. How could any professionals miss this. Anyone should know Autism is a spectrum and symptoms vary in severity. This organisation seriously needs funding and some betterment.I would highly recommend for some charity or any scheme to help raise money and awareness for mental health and fund this disaster of a place…
