We booked Eastern Touch over two days for an Asian wedding, they were absolutely amazing on both days. The service Syed gave both families was second to none, a lot of wedding companies promise you the world on your day but Eastern Touch gave us much more than we expected. The decoration used was of the latest design and excellent quality. They arrived before the time we asked them to, they did not remove any of the décor until the entire event was over. Eastern Touch made us feel like it was their family event, they took all our requirements seriously and were fully involved prior to our event in showing us all the possibilities/designs. I loved the way Eastern Touch dealt with us. Eastern touch is a very reliable company, I would highly recommend them for any kind of event, they were amazing!

No one does it like Eastern Touch. My wife and I had been in contact with Syed prior to the pandemic and were excited to have Eastern Touch design our beautiful day. Our plans were delayed due to Covid and Syed was nothing but accommodating in such difficult times. A lovely and genuine guy to work with. The team are extremely organised, thoughtful and have a great attention for detail. My wife and I were very indecisive but knew we wanted our decor to be completely different but still slightly traditional. Syed really helped us through the process and made sure it was smooth sailing and stress free. Our dream was brought to life...but even better. Our guests were obsessed with the decor, could not recommend more!

Syed and his team are absolutely amazing, the customer service is definitely one of the best we received from wedding suppliers. They created the most beautiful décor for my sister's wedding reception. Syed has such a creative eye for attention to detail and goes above and beyond to understand the theme and vibe you're trying to create. I used Eastern Touch for multiple events for my wedding, including my reception. From day one, Syed and the Eastern Touch team have been outstanding. From initial discussions about the overall concept to the final details, a lot of attention and focus was put in to making my vision a reality. They truly went above and beyond my expectations and were able to introduce new and creative ideas. Their professionalism was excellent throughout. I highly recommended them.

Syed was so instrumental in helping me with my wedding decoration. I came to him with an idea that i wanted for my wedding, from there syed & Maj and the eastern touch team made that into relaity. Planning a wedding is stressful as it is however COVID just added a new layer of stress and unfortunately I lost a few deposits from untrustworthy instagram businesses (which I naively trusted as they were trending). A week before my wedding I reached out to Eastern Touch and Syed was a breath of fresh air! He made himself available and guided me through everything. I received several compliments even by certain guests that are hard to please!Syed understood what I envisioned very quickly and was able to work within my budget. I appreciated receiving advice as many decor companies would say 'up to you' whereas I appreciated obtaining advice from a professional who has an eye for such creativity. There was such attention to detail and small touches that pulled everything together.I would highly recommend Eastern Touch! They were very professional, put your mind at ease and made the day so seamless!Thank you Syed/Eastern Touch for making a usually stressful day so easy and there is not a thing I would change (and this is from a perfectionist)

This is a hard review to write only because I'm going to run out of adjectives to describe just how amazing Syed & Eastern Touch are.Let's start with the people behind the brand. From Meeting #1 it was clear that Syed had a fantastic eye for detail and creativity to match. He came to me with ideas for how I could turn my Wedding Walima Garden Party into the most magical atmosphere for guests. We chose an extremely ambitious 'secret party' vibe that I'm sure even Syed didn't realise how much extra time would be required to pull it off.But it was no problem for him and his team. Over the weeks that followed he was available constantly on Whatsapp, showing me the build in progress, troubleshooting problems that inevitably arose.In the week leading up to the event, Syed personally came to the garden with his team 4 days in a row to make sure things were executed the exact way I wanted. He put in so many more hours than I expected because he personally cared that we got the look we wanted.The result were the images you can see below. Guests were absolutely blown away by the insane attention to detail and when the lights dimmed in the evening, the garden was just transformed.I can't thank Syed & Eastern Touch enough. Not only will I be shouting from the rooftops about his work (given that I'm posting this the day after my wedding, you can see just how much I care about giving him some public props) but I will most definitely be keeping in touch and using him again for any future family events I have.Don't think twice about booking Eastern Touch! You won't find another decor company that will care half as much as Syed does about your event and you.

Went out if their way to deliver a flower wall at short notice. Good communication and service. Valued their suggestions for how to place the wall. It was a big talking point of our party. Thank you!

As soon as you hear Eastern Touch, you already know the decor is going to be extraordinary. Eastern Touch did a great job at the decor for my wedding. Brother Syed was amazing at helping me bring my vision to life. He knew exactly what I wanted adding his own professional tips along the way. It all tied in well with our theme, colours and outfits. Such a lovely team to work with and the best decor out there.
