Joe Graci, our MINI adoption facilitator and information officer kept us fully informed throughout the ordering and delivery waiting process without any information available. Using blank screenshots to highlight the large amount of information that wasn't available Joe was a genius at providing information when there was none to provide. Thanks to Joe and his team for an entertaining and very worthwhile wait for our new MINI!

I won’t go anywhere else as I always get 10/10 service and professionalism from BMW/Mini and this occasion was no different. My service advisor Natasha was brilliant from start to finish, a very warm and friendly lady - nothing was too much trouble. She answered any queries I had, explained everything in detail and offered refreshments as well as keeping me updated throughout the day. Natasha really made me feel like a valued customer. BMW/Mini as a whole are & have been very reliable, so I feel I can trust them with my vehicle.

I just bought a Clubman and my experience from the first visit to the last with the saleswoman Lauren Marr was excellent. The best service I have ever had at a car dealership. 10/10 and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy a mini. She made the paperwork extremely easy and explained everything clearly and efficiently. A very refreshing experience.

From the outset, Natalie, the Mini Sales Executive, was the most helpful and friendly person I have ever dealt with when buying a new car. There was no pushy sales pressure and she understood perfectly what my requirements were. Natalie helped produce the configuration I was looking for and did not try to sell me more than I wanted. In all it was a very easy process and I hope Natalie realises how good she is at her job…Thank you.
