Cant even fix phones properly and out of date items. This shop is terrible

A convenience store

Not great! I got a parcel sent here, and they couldn't find it because all the parcels are in a disorganised heap. I had to stand my ground and be very insistent. They found it eventually but really shouldn't offer this service if they haven't got the room to do it properly.

Wahid is so rude ,I cancelled my disabled mother's papers for 2 weeks whilst we was on holiday, , upon return the papers had been delivered everyday which I refused to pay for , he was rude and instead of an apology he accused the friend who had been popping in every other day to feed the cat and check on house, of reading the papers , apparently he should have gone out of his way and gone to the shop to let them know , a ,he wasn't to know we had cancelled them n b ,he wouldn't know where they had come from , he simply removed from.letter box so not alerting thief's noone home , he left on chair where cat sat on them, maybe it was the cat that read them.... awful customer service and not the first time, often missing a paper and having to chase up , it's easy to blame the paper boy ...

Wahid was very helpful when my parcel got delivered but yodel/collect plus didn’t send me a code! Thanks!
