Visited the Archer Rd Store, Monday 3rd July. Firstly, I'll just say that sometimes being a vegetarian or vegan is not always by choice sometimes there are medical reasons, even so, if it is by choice, that decision or belief should be respected. Whilst in store I went to the 'Vegan and Vegetarian' Section of the freezers and selected a meal for my Daughter. On reading the contents on the packaging I found that it was meat. Further inspections revealed Pork, Beef and Chicken meals store in the cabinet which boldly states on a large banner, VEGAN AND VEGETARIAN. When I pointed this out to the Deputy Manager I was told that We store what we want

Great location, nearby petrol station. Not a great amount of parking space always seems abit cramped. Really friendly staff all willing to help always smiling.

Grotty looking and small supermarket. Wish we had gone to Sainsbury's 30 secs away. Had to rummage through old packet and boxed to find non damaged goods.. never again. Did not seem any cheaper than other places.

Budget continental supermarket. Sells things that you probably sort of recognise but look a bit different.

In most cases cheap but good value. Really impressed with checkout. Very quick.

Food is poor quality. On top of that, extremely racist employees. The cashier demanded to check my beg for shoplifting as I don't look British, she didn't check those before and after me. My first and last time in Aldi.

You might not get every big brand, sometimes things you've got before might not be in stock and things can be mixed together so you have to shelf hunt..but you don't get what you pay for..because the things you get are much higher quality than the price would suggest. Worth it definitely even if it feels different to other supermarkets.

I shop here every week. Staff is always very polite and professional, the selection/quality of products is very good and better value than other supermarkets. The 'Weekly Buys' are great and you can sometimes find incredible bargains on sale.
