I recently had the most incredible experience at this greggs!! The girl with dark hair and and big brown eyes complimented me and told me about the offers and saved me money. She was incredibly nice and I walked away with a big smile on my face. The place was also very clean, overall 10/10 experience.

Very polite staff, beautiful food to take away, clean store. Covid-19 restrictions apply and no 'eat in dinning ' at the moment.

I know it's a couple of days before Christmas but the place is filthy, tables overflowing with rubbish and smeared with food, the floor no better. I asked for something to clean a table and the staff member pointed at a spray bottle and a used piece of blue roll and said there you are, then carried on leaning on the counter talking to her colleague. Good thing the sausage rolls are yummy.

Always busy in city centre expect a long wait .... limited sandwiches because it duznt stop from it opens until it closes ..... staff friendly.... food fresh ..... loads off seating downstairs n up stairs still cheapest in belfast for a cheap lunch or a light snack
