We had a great experience with this company. It's a small company so you get a personal service. Stephen went through carpet samples with us, measured, arranged and then fitted the carpets himself. We've bought carpets before and the work just gets subbed out to other people for fitting, but with Dulwich Carpet Co. the whole process was taken care of by the main man! Very happy indeed with all the pre-sales advice, the carpet and the fitting, plus Stephen managed to make an offcut work for us as a floor runner and wouldn't charge us for whipping" the edges or supplying. We will definitely look forward to using his services again."

Having never had a carpet fitted before I wasn't sure where to start looking, but from the moment I rang Stephen, he made the whole process SO fabulously simple!Within a few days he'd come round, advised me on carpets, measured up, and given me a quote on the spot. His fitter Simon was also lovely, friendly and efficient.I was so happy that something I thought was going to be a bit of a task and require hours of research was done so quickly and efficiently.I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to have a carpet fitted who wants a hassle free, friendly and personal service.

I can’t recommend The Dulwich Carpet Company highly enough. From the initial contact to the end of the process, Stephen was outstanding. He doesn’t do a hard sell, he knows his stuff, he is unfailingly polite, does what he says he will do when he said he would. The standard of fitting by Stephen and Simon was top class. They are cheerful and nice to have around and left the place spotless and beautifully carpeted. Don’t bother going anywhere else.
