We met Shiv after we had seen Gosai working hard at a neighbours house. We were refurbishing our living room and Shiv came up with some great suggestions to improve our plan. His quote was also the best value of the 3 builders we had approached. His team are hard working, punctual, polite and very skilled. The foreman David spoke to us each morning to discuss the days work and to get any decisions from us. Shiv also kept us fully informed of costs and was always available on the phone. The work was excellent and the room looks fantastic.

Shiv of Gosai Construction was meticulous in taking down all the details of the job required. He was very accommodating and included small tasks I added without further charge. His workers were professional and carried out the jobs well and in time. Price quoted was reasonable. I recommend that he takes his client to builders depots so that there is no dispute about matching colours. I strongly recommend Gosai Construction.

Shiv and his team are excellent. They renovated our entire home including a rewire, replumb, new doors, floors, re-plastering and decoration, bathrooms renovation. All of the work was done in great time and has lasted the test of time. Highly recommended, Attached a few pics from when we moved in!

Shiv and the guys at Gosai Constructions done an amazing job on building my grans outhouse. They worked quick and clean and after a string of bad builders my gran has now found builders she can trust and knows the work is top quality and finished to a high standard. If you’re looking for builders that are great at what they do look no further. They are easy to work with and ensure you are happy with the final product.

We hired these guys to remove a badly cracked concrete slab and replace with a new reinforced pour on very short notice (due to bad planning on my part), and they delivered. Very responsive, the guys are all very friendly and hardworking, showed up when they said they would every day, and the work was high quality. They also left the site very clean. Would definitely use again, thanks!

Shiv and the team did a great job on the refurbishment of my kitchen, bathroom and WC, as well as the flooring. The team worked hard (which my neighbours noticed) and Shiv provided me with regular updates throughout the process. When the team found some unexpected issues, the remediation work was reasonably priced. I also had some personal issues during the work, and Shiv and the team quietly got on with things and left me alone, which I appreciated.The quote for the various pieces of work was fairly priced, and I'd happily use Gosai Construction again for future work

Shiv and his team did a great job on my first floor maisonette, where he removed 2 leaky chimney stacks; pointed approx. 200 bricks; built a small rear extension; installed new guttering and soffits; and removed and repaired blown render at the front of the property.Shiv’s communication was excellent throughout and he was a pleasure to deal with. The quality of his team’s work was superb and he always clearly explained what was being done – no nasty surprises. The quote was reasonable and the property was always left clean and tidy. I highly recommend Gosai Construction.

Shiv and his team carried out the full renovation of our house. His team were professional and experts in their field. They worked solidly and consistently to keep to a tight schedule.This was our first home and it needed a lot of attention and guidance. Shiv was always on hand to help us through this journey.
