Thanks for the delivery of my order of logs and a big thanks to the driver (Adrian) please

We bought our first bags of kiln dried ash in summer - all ok. The second two bags of kiln dried ash delivered about a month ago, not only don’t burn, they out the wood burner out. The biggest disappointment is that I called and asked the to address the situation after spending almost £270 and the usual hide behind voicemail with no call back!! No decent wood, no customer service, what else can I say? It’s a pity as their delivery service is great.

Although it did take a bit longer than anticipated to get the delivery, I do want to provide a 5 star review of the delivery/stacking service. Lewis did a fantastic job and I/we didn't need to be involved beyond explaining where we wanted the wood stacked. Apart from the wood now being in the right place, I couldn't see anyone had been here - all left neat and tidy. Thanks Lewis!The wood looks great too!

Easy to order online, clear delivery communication from Anglia Firewood as to when delivery would take place. Friendly and helpful delivery team. Oh, and the firewood, it's well packed and burns perfectly in my wood burner. Recommended!

Great long lasting firewood that generates loads of heat in my new log burner. Delivery was simple and driver has helpful and accommodating. Packaging for wood is also nice and tidy. Would definitely recommend and will be buying again.

Moved into a new house with a wood burner so I ordered some properly seasoned firewood to use in it. Communications from this company were fantastic and they clearly have a VERY Covid-secure approach to stuff. There's even a cool video on the website explaining how delivery works.The delivery driver called when he was on his way and he put the logs in a really intelligent place on the front driveway. Although it's a tiny thing, he even took a minute or two to smooth over the gravel that had been moved around by the unloading trolley, which was a really nice touch.The logs themselves are great. They ignite quickly with extremely small traces of smoke. The burn time is great too.Based on my first order with this company, I'd definitely use them again!

Poor quality wood, has a tendency to crumble rather than split when chopping kindling. The wettest allegedly kiln dried ash that I have ever purchased. It has been stored in a dry location, allowed to warm up indoors for a week or two but is so wet it leaves puddles on the hearth when placed in front of the stove. Only usable if I bake in the oven first, otherwise it frequently puts out the fire when added.
