Barre Esthetique Chester

I have taken some ballet beginner classes with Alicia. She is extremely patient and communicative with her instructions and has helped me to really enjoy dancing this particular style!

Went to my first ever Barre class today and absolutely loved it. Alicia made me feel so at ease and comfortable. I was always a little reserved to try Barre as I’m not really a “ballet” kind of girl but I loved it and I had a great workout and will definitely be back. Great class!

I struggled to find a class I could take my baby to as I have no childcare. I started ballet barre with baby when my little one was around 4 months and absolutely love it. It's perfect for post partum recovery as there is a big emphasis core stability. My baby loves looking at himself in the mirror and interesting with the other babies so it's a win win. At 6 months the difference in strength and definition is really starting to show. Highly recommend!! I will probably continue with the standard barre class once I go back to work because I'm really feeling the benefits.
