I recently changed my doctors as for moving to a different property, I received a phone call today as I phoned and explained about the problem I'm having and waited for a call back. The lady who I was talking to had a very bad attitude. After me explaining I have a disability and I find it hard to talk over the phone she completly egnored that and continued the way she was talking to me. Safe to say I will be no longer using there medical centre and she has now made it even harder for me to talk to people over the phone.

Non reliable and the nurse says the best case scenario is to go to a&e over something non essential to go the a&e for, just a waste of the a&e staffs time and could benefit someone else. doctor is also a right div as he is not a bit bothered slightest!
