Have been there many times over the years nice place.Although a little disappointing my wife just traveled from Canada arrives around 1130am and room not ready.Now I get the 2pm check in etc.But after traveling that distance you would like to think they would of made an effort.

Stayed overnight when visiting family in the area. Rooms were spotless, warm and comfy. Choice and quality of the food was awesome. Loads of staff who were helpful and friendly. Great location in the town. Big private barriered car park. Overall, it was a nice find in a place we'd never been to before. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great hotel.We stayed here for two nights and will definitely stay again. It was a great location with amazing hospitality, service, food and facilities. We have just moved on to a four star in Aberdeen Called: The palm court. And I have to say. The New in was 100% better than here. It should be a 4 star.EVERYONE STAY HERE!!!!

Elegant and well maintained hotel. Nice room (#10) with modern en suite. Cheerful service in reception. Fabulous and attentive service at breakfast - the lady in charge is truly outstanding. Quality of evening meal was higher than what we experienced in the wider area for the same price. Less happy with the bar service, but a minor niggle only. Great hotel. Highly recommended.

Hotel staff and service was great, rooms are a bit basic but clean. Restaurant and bar are both good. Great free parking and central location makes for a really good stay

Rather dated interior. Tables were too close together and the noise from the adjacent table impacted on our enjoyment of our meal. Waitress was very slow to take our order. It took nearly 15 mins from when we received the menus to when she took the order. Most of that time she spent chatting to other staff. However the food was pretty good.

I enjoyed my stay in this lovely hotel very much. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff on breakfast service were very kind and helpful. Angela on reception was just excellent and very kind. Highly recommended and thank you very much.
