I am struggling with mobility as is my wife. With no Wi-Fi to check my mobile shopping list and no phone signal to call my wife I ended up doing 2 visits to get what I wanted and it has caused me angst. Not sure I would visit again

Love the store and it has our favourite wine but the lack of phone signal is really annoying. So many times, I've needed to contact my hubby as I forgot something on the list and just can't get through. We have two sainsbury near us and it's the same in both

Today I visited the store in Kimberley Nottingham, as I am a local resident and visit often I thought I should now complain about how the store is run. As I and my partner walked round the store there seemed to be plenty of staff, sometimes in couples there to assist customers as it always is the case in this store. However, when it come to the checkouts, today especially, No checkouts were open with only one set of self service checkouts open with two checkouts faulty and one being cash only, this left 3 three working checkouts with queues four customers deep. This happens on a regular basis at this store and has become very annoying when the majority of staff are on the floor and checkouts empty. I feel the time has come for me to shop elsewhere, with a Morrisons store a 5 minute drive away it may be worth my while going there. I have been meaning to complain for sometime now about the poor service I experience on a daily basis at this particular store

It’s ourLocal supermarket..go there often to get fresh fruits and vegetables.fantastic and really friendly staff always there to help.unlike other places,always a staff wen u look around

Visited at 10am, October 1 2022. Basic hygiene practices not being carried out here. Dried meat juices and blood not been cleaned, fresh meat produce in the same display units. Waiting for a reply from Sainsbury's. Disgraceful.

I would have given it 5 if baskets and trollies were kept separate. Thought the whole idea was to make it quicker especially as we use smart shop.

Really amazing staff member helped me on checkout- Tina. Amazing woman. The 5 stars are completely for her!! Really lovely, helpful and patient with me. Absolute diamond.

Quick fuel stop, £1.37 a litre of diesel been a while since I have been able to fill my van for less than £100 usually an every little helps man but these prices could sway me.
