Kwik Fit - Grays

Arrived late after a warning light appeared on the car for a puncture. They repaired the puncture straight away. Staff could not have been kinder especially after what appeared to have been a very busy day for them. Much appreciated by me who is a shift worker needing car on a weekend.

Amazing StaffAs a mum on the go, I got stuck on the school run with what sounded like a flat tyre. On inspection it was a completely different scenario.3 very polite and helpful members of Kwik fit Grays helped without hesitation and repaired my fault on the car.Made me feel very at ease and we're extremely friendly.Will definitely visit again . The service is worthless, I came today morning to have mot done, the garage was supposed to be open from 7am in the morning and at 9 o'clock there was still no one inside when the service started working I was told that no one can do it mot because they don't have anyone to do it, I was told that the date would have to be changed, I was made booking at 9:45 this time cost me 49.50 but I received it much later 15:00 this time is cheaper I hope they will give me a refund. sometime, this garage used to be great but now I see that you are only getting on your nerves and it is not worth using their services anymore this was the last time I use them.

I was having x2 new front tires put on my car and the front drivers side tire was still in good condition so I asked them to put it in my boot as I wanted to take it home and keep as a spare tire. However when they took the tire off they wheeled it into the back room and when it was time to go a man showed me the 'tire' I was keeping and it suddenly was all worn on the inside and had damage on the tire and the tread was low. He said that it wasn't worth keeping and not safe to have on the road. I had my 4 year old and a 3 month old with me at the time and couldn't really examine the tire properly but kept saying it was mine so was going to take it as it was meant to be in good condition. When i got home I did a proper inspection and i saw that it wasn't my tire at all but a random one they pulled out. It didn't even have the correct number of what tire was on there before. They have conned me out of a good tire which they will now sell themselves and I am now without a spare tire.

I thought they did a good job at first, however they are a bunch of inexperienced kids who don't know what they're doing. They completely ruined the tire balancing. After having my car tires changed by them, it caused many more problems to my car. Wasted my money on them and also wasted money to fix the problem they caused. Rubbish.

Burst a tire on the m25 and was taken to quick fit in grays.I had my elderly grandmother with me and they was very accommodating to get the tire changed quickly so we could get home.Very pleased with service!

MOT tester failed my car for no reason, then once I confronted the Kwik-Fit staff they said that the car should have passed. If I didn’t know better Kwik-Fit would have scammed me out of potentially thousands of pounds.

I had used Kwik fit Grays in Tyne part but was never impressed with the team doing the work, seemed to be very lazy and did nothing much, but today I was pleasantly surprised, new manager and team, very prifessional approach to all things, and very very methodical with tyre changing, checking everything twice impressed me allot. Waiting room was cleaner too than I remember it being. I will definitely use theses guys in future. Sadly I forgot their names. You might wait a little longer for them to finish but it's worth it because they make sure everything is right, not rushed like so many others.

Booked 11am as had plans in the afternoon for two tyres fitting and balanced. Wasn't told there would be a delay. Waited till 11:30 no communication, technicians didn't seem interested. Ended up leaving at 11:45 taking the tyres I ordered and getting some where else to fit them

I cant thank you enough for extending a hand and trying your best not to cause me any further inconvenience.You really didnt have to go out of you way but you did and im eternally grateful!!!
