When I changed my dog over from processed dry and tinned food, I was recommended Newlands. Walking in, I was overwhelmed, but thanks to the help of the most knowledgeable staff, they helped me through the process of changing my dogs diet to raw through chatting to me and making me feel at ease also asking my dogs likes and dislikes, he weight ,breed and so on. I now have a very happy gsd, and he has a very happy owner. I could not recommend them enough. Thank you to all the staff at Newlands xxx

Helpful staff with a great range of knowledge. Huge variety of raw options for dogs and cats (we have had our dog on raw for a few years now and got a great deal of information from the staff, and recently switched our kitten to raw too after we found he preferred the dogs food)!. Our Westie loves coming along with us and having a nose at all the toys and treats they also have in stock.

Was told about this store via essex dog training (Emma), we have a puppy rottweiler and found he wasn't putting on weight very well, turns out we needed a large breed puppy kibble! We were are to purchase this at Newlands, talked to the very polite staff and informative. Purchased some natural dog treats also. Brilliant store tucked away, but has everything to offer. This is the place to go... even if you decide to go raw.

I go here every month for my dog food. Star for extremely knowledgeable and will help you with any query that they can. They are well stocked and have a range of different foods, treats and accessories.They have a wide range of raw food and dry food, so there is something for every dog.The prices are extremely reasonable, and I do believe they offer delivery if you cannot get to their store.
