Lovely little place that is efficient and has wonderful staff!

Always looked after my dog and lovely staff thank-you

Told my dog had tummy bug..300 quid for blood test..my dog died 24 hours later from cancer and was badly dehydrated..I received a call from rase to say blood tests showed raised marker but nowt to worry about..no one is willing to talk to me when I've called... I've finally after several calls got a reply..but surely it shouldn't be like this..it came across I was an inconvenience when asking questions... Rest in peace Luke darling...xx

Twice I've been here, and twice I've been impressed. Two different vets, that have spent good quality time with both of my dogs and took a real genuine interest.Front of house are lovely people too.Very impressed.

No stars if I could.I would never take one of my pets to this place.I had a poorly stray cat sleeping in my garden and after setting a trap to catch him, I was advised by CP to take the stray here for treatment and they would cover the costs and a friend of mine could give him his forever home. The receptionist and vet that day couldn't seem to care less about this poor boy and said to take him to their Market Rasen vets instead even though I do not drive.Thankfully a lovely couple offered to drive him there for me.I received a call to say the cat was having pain relief and would be allowed out, then 2 minutes later a call to say he had to be put to sleep.I will never know the truth about what happened to him and wished I had taken him to my own vets and paid for treatment myself.I personally believe this was due to CP not wanting to pay his bills and it's easier to put stray cats down than to help them.Rase vets then gave my friends trap away to CP even though the receptionist knew we were going back to collect it.A truly awful experience all round.I just hope this poor cat is at peace now.

Came here after having an issue with Vets4Pets and what a difference. Customer service excellent The vet spent a lot of time with me and my dog, and explained so many things also regarding treatments. Very friendly, helpful and informative. Best switch I've made

Staff are brilliant, took Prince in for his vaccinations and to pick up some medication and the staff were so friendly. Veterinary staff are knowledgeable and love to help all pets of various shapes and sizes!

i always used rase but moved due to my area. they were great when my old girl was put to sleep.

Basic standards, waiting area isn't as user friendly as the old layout and staff don't seem to be as welcoming since it all changed. With my first dog I would have recommended but recently I wouldn't. Although you can get appointments when needed and the vets know their stuff.
