Having had lots of menstrual pain and heavy bleeding I opted for an ablation so far this has been a game changer. The treatment and recovery was simple and worthwhile. Mr Alex Taylor was great at providing straight forward advice and providing different options to consider.

Mr Taylor provided excellent care throughout my treatment, from diagnosis through to surgery and post-op follow up. He provided clear explanations of all the options, outlining potential risks and benefits. He has a great sense of humour, appropriately used, which I really appreciated, especially when discussing sensitive issues. I would most certainly recommend him as he has a true concern for his patients and is both highly personable and professional.

I have had numerous urine infections since having children and have tried every other avenue of treatment over years. Fed up with taking endless antibiotics, I read about the use of vaginal laser helping women with this issue. Im now a month after my final Mona Lisa Touch (MLT) treatment and I am so far thrilled with the results. Its by far the longest time I have not had an infection in years. Mr Taylor was highly knowledgable, professional and kind. He took the time to answer all my queries in full and put me at ease immediately. The procedure was straightforward, painless and the recovery time was minimal. The aftercare was also faultless. MLT has also cured my (mild) stress and urge incontinence issues as a nice side benefit. I cannot recommend Mr Taylor highly enough, thank you! Taking the plunge with MLT has really improved my quality of life.

Going into hospital for an operation is daunting and always a little unsettling. Dr Taylor was brilliant at making me feel at ease and comfortable. I had no choice but to trust him and I'm happy to say he really came through for me. I am so grateful for that and also that thanks to him and his team my operation was a complete success. I am 43 and was really struggling with the menopause symptoms, including lack of energy, low libido and mood swings.
