The staff are polite well mannered and friendly no question was daft and if they couldn't help me they would but me in touch with those who can help me.Keep up the good work

Avoid this organisation, the worst experience I've ever encountered, they singled me out and victimised and discriminated me, they tried to evict me with court actions, and then had the cheek to seek cost for solicitors fees and court fees....the judge throw the case out of court, and so then connect became liable for their own cost and also lost the case...I had the last laugh and furthermore I now live in a beautiful 2 bedroom houseAnd for those unfortunate ones that have moved into Newall be aware of the top block at the top car park...they are trouble makers and think they own the plot and don't belong in Otley they should go back to the council estates in Leeds Gipton or Harehills

I have been with Connect Housing for 17 years and never had cause to complain about them. Their customer service is fantastic and their repairs and suppet teams are very good too.

I liked connect housing because their properties are clean and safe, I've been in this property for over two years, no household pests, mice, cockroaches and other household pest and no anti social behaviour towards me, nothing like that for over two years. The staffs are friendly and always willing to help. Now that my children are here, I'm bidding for a four bedroom house and I wish and hope to get lucky with one of their properties. I'm so happy in this property because I always feel safe and even when my children are here now, we feel safe. Thanks for all your efforts in helping the communities.

Left to freeze with no heating and hot water almost a week now I got 8 month old baby and a 8 year old had 3 boiler engineer's at my house but boiler still not fixed rung them today to ask if anybody going to come and fix the boiler only the answer I got is we are extremely bussy I could give 0 starts if I could the service we recieve is disgusting!!!!

What a joke they are toilet has cracked and leaked on to smoke alarm while everyone down stairs they make you pay for a new toilet what a joke and pay rent the hole bathroom needs doing been here for 7 years and it's a 26 year old bathroom joke every repair from now on is going to them instead of getting it fixed at my cost

I have been with Connect House for a very long time it is a Housing Association with a huge amount to learn about Tenants. Team are pleasant. Getting repairs done so Tenants Safety and Security is not on the paramount of importance and this is hugely lacking.I have had nothing but issue with a house which falls to bits and always filled with infestation every Summer and yet Connect Housing fails to get any jobs done.My Garden is highly dangerous yet I am still being charged a fee for the Garden. They pick on the wrong small things but not concerned about the inside their properties. I had years upon years of consistent water ingress inside the house which I rent which seems to have been sorted somewhat keeping my fingers crossed. All the houses are rather old and need knocking down and Tenants moved elsewhere and built somewhere new.

Absolute terrible service from this organisation. They don't carry out repairs on time. Often, they won't do it until things get very bad! Their repair team are rude and unprofessional. My house is damp and I've reported this for 3 years now, but they've done absolutely nothing!

I received a phone call today from a connect housing worker, I am over 70 and self isolating. The call was just to check if I was ok and if Ineeded anything. What a thoughtful and kind thing this was. It brought a tear to my eyes. Thankyou so much. You are the best housing association ever. I am privileged to be a tenant. Keep safe and a massive thanks for your care. Xx
