**Do not use this garage for MOT.**The stuff I originally failed on was minor and pettyThey said if they realised thay the jet washer was so simple to fix they wouldnt have failed me" to fix it i pushed it back into position with my thumb but they "major failed me" and then for the re test They informed me that the car had failed on its emissions (even though I had the paperwork saying it had passed)Thankfully my husband took the car so ensured this was put rightDo not use - they lie to just get more money"

I visited ETB with a flat tyre the issue was sorted out really quickly the staff were professional helpful and friendly, the tyre was replaced within 45 minutes and it was excellent value for money!

Took my car here for a new full exhaust to fitted from cat back. Got charged for a central section but it was not even fitted. Noticed a rattle and found out it wasn't even tightened up. DO NOT take your car here for anything.

Took my Fiesta there with knocking with my suspension on the front passenger side. When they first investigated it, told me it could be the drop pins.So when we were able to book it in to be fixed.When I turned up then for the appointment, they looked clueless about my car being booked in.I mentioned to the guys that you said it might be the drop pins.So they leave it with us, and we'll have a look.Only to come back to say that they've changed the drop pins, but haven't investigated why there is knocking..Just drove the car away only to find there's still knocking in the suspension.I've never come accross such incompetence and it seemed like they're being lazy and take no pride in there customer service and just doesn't want to do the work. Seems theu just want to do the easy jobs like change tyres or batteriesAvoid at all costs.

After the experience there today I will never use this garage again. Had an MOT and Tracking done on sat 18/3 to go back today 20/3 to have my tracking redone, as was miles off" in the words of the mechanic today. Whilst waiting to have it done again I was belittled by one of the other mechanics stated loudly "why has she bothered to come back if she wasn't happy"In addition to this I had my tracking done by them last year and it was off but it was minimal and I only noticed when my wear pattern on tyres was off. Which when I went in to have the work redone today I did state this

Today, my wife took her car in for the second time. On both occasions it was for puncture repair. On both occasions the garage stated that the puncture could not be repaired and a new tyre was required. On the first occasion I gave the garage the benefit of the doubt, but for it to happen twice I'm extremely dubious. To be frank, I think they're conning people into buying a new tyre, and on the first occasion my wife had to pay for a premium tyre because they didn't have an economy one in stock... this tyre is an extremely common one, for a Toyota Aygo.The tyre that apparently had to be replaced today is less than three months old.I have read other reviews, including 5* reviews here where customers have gone there with a puncture, paid for a new tyre, and given a 5* review. I suspect they don't realise, and won't realise until it's happened to them more than once.We won't use this garage again.

Recently took my vehicle here and I'm very disappointed. They had a look at my car and couldn't fix the issue I had with it (couldn't be bothered), on top of that my air intake tube got snapped off and instead of fixing it or telling me they broke it, just left it wedged down between the engine and battery.Also they rummaged through the whole entire vehicle, looking for what I have no idea, It was a state! My toddler would of done less damage.Great job!

Took my quasqai here, as I had all the lights come up on the dashboard. They found the problem and replaced the abs sensor. Great service and price. Very friendly and professional thanks
