Having used Delta Security on hundreds of occasions I feel that I'm qualified to comment on how good they are. When I worked for Southern Housing they were our go to contractor for door entry systems repairs and many other locksmith related products as well. Avoid Delta security hackney Rip off, Charged me £10 for a small mail box key. I mean the whole locks costs £5 -

I have just used Delta Security to reinforce my front door with a new Nightlatch, guards, bolts, London bar and spyhole. They gave me a detailed quote on the spot, explaining all the available options and attendant costs, and sent an engineer round the very next day to do the work. They even gave me money back at the end because he managed to fit all of the above in under the time quoted. Helfpul, knowledgable and superbly efficient people who work in the customer's best interests - a rare thing these days! I can't recommend them highly enough.

We had a quote to copy some chubb keys for £15. We accepted and then when we came back to collect we were told the price was £20. We reluctantly paid and then to make matters worse, the key did not work so we had to return it and wait a further few days. The after-sales support was good but the sales floor team are flakey in their pricing which is not acceptable and so I'd advise anybody to get a written quotation or a receipt prior to service.
