UK Bike Fit

My 3rd time with UK Bike Fit last week. As always so knowledgeable and welcoming, listens to issues and niggles I have, finds a solution, tests it, and gives out great advice. So much comfier and pain free already, dialled in for racing also. Dan and team are brilliant, I'll always use UK Bike Fit for any bike related injuries/issues or if I purchase a new bike. Thanks again! 10/10 would recommend.

Had a bike fit with Dan. He offered a comprehensive service and stepped through the assessment and adjustments carefully, testing out changes to check the fit was right. Very helpful and a comfortable process. Dan gave me some great advice for me to consider for my next bike purchase and suggested a few bikes that might suit my style and interests.

So it’s been a month or so since my follow up bike fit with Dan .Dan is so friendly and helpful also very knowledgeable.We did a few small changes this time and it’s made a huge difference in my comfort on the bike. I traveled from North Wales 7hr round trip and it’s definitely worth visiting Dan if you’re having any issues on the bike.Thanks Dan

I had a bike fit with Dan 17th August 2023. It was an excellent process that was explained thoroughly. A lot of attention was paid to the initial physical exam including foot measurement and checking I had the correct fitting shoes. I have had 3 bike fits with 2 bike fitters previously and neither told me that the reason I had been struggling with my position was because the “Endurance” bike one of them helped me pick, was actually very close to a race bike geometry. Lots of changes were made to try and get me more comfortable and a list of appropriate size components and frame were suggested for a new bike I wanted to order. I have contacted Dan on a number of occasions after my fit to get advice and he has always come back to me with an answer. I would highly recommend his services and plan to go back with my new bike to have it set up properly.

Booked to see Dan after he had cured my partner's issues with back and neck pain, something we both thought was going to stop her cycling. Being a physiotherapist, Dan approaches the fit knowing you aren't symmetrical and boy am I not symmetrical!! The initial assessment was eye opening then onto the bike. My main problems were pins and needles in the hands and constantly moving around on my saddle. Cured. Alongside that my feet pronate a lot which Dan spotted and has provided insoles to prevent that being an issue. I didn't realise how uncomfortable I was on the bike until I made the adjustments and rode them in, and I've been riding for about 5 years in the wrong position with ill fitting parts and shoes. Overall, I couldn't recommend Dan and UK Bike Fit in general. I've experienced other bike fits and this one is the best I've had by a long long way. If you've never had a bike fit before and worry that it isn't worth the money, it really is if you want to ride comfortable for many hours at a time.

Dan was a pleasure to work with. He took a consultative approach throughout the whole process. The real value with Bike Fit U.K. is that they acknowledge the elephant in the room that bike fitting is on ongoing process. So the ongoing support for 6 months after your first fit speaks volumes about how confident Dan is that he can get you where you need to be and get to the bottom of any ongoing issues you are dealing with. Highly recommend.

Had a bike fit and saddle pressure mapping session with Sian, which was excellent. Sian was very patient and explained everything clearly, which has resulted in some interesting changes to my position and will hopefully make me more comfortable on the bike. Wish I had done done this years ago! Highly recommended.

UK Bike Fit was the best decision I made to investigate a knee issue. My physio only looked at the injury not the cause. Fixing the fit of my bike/shoes gave me a stable platform to pedal on and solved my knee issue in a way that I would not have expected. I would definitely recommend!

My experience with UK Bike Fit has been brilliant. I was nervous about going in, but Dan immediately put me at ease. Very polite, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.I went from being in so much pain after half an hour of riding that I couldn't cycle again for a week to doing 2 hour stints multiple days in a row. It's been fantastic. Highly recommend.

I had a full bikefit and saddle pressure mapping with Dan a few months ago. I have left the review until now to allow for me to adapt to the changes and be able to give an honest opinion.Dan was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very methodical during the fit. Adjustments were made to the bike and cleats and new insoles, he also allowed me to try different saddles for comparison too.There was no pressure to buy anything. Dan suggested I keep my existing saddle.The changes made an immediate difference, much more symmetrical now.I have since been back to see Dan to check on how I have adapted to the changes. A couple of small adjustments were made to feet position. Much more comfortable now than I have ever been.I would 100% recommend Dan, patient, professional and a very likeable guy.Thanks
