We bought our van from Marquis, Ipswich. But while in Devon on holiday, we developed an electrical problem. We went to the Devon branch of Marquis to see if they could help. They did sort it out for us and refused to take any payment. We've had our van for eight years, so it wasn't under any sort of warranty. The staff here were so helpful and friendly and determined to put things right for us.

Luke and his colleges went out of their way to make our Motorhome purchase as stress free as possible. We cannot fault the determination and positive attitude shown, to overcome problems with the van (there were a few). A good experience throughout.

Last weekend my wife and I collected our “new” Elddis Crusader Aurora we bought from Marquis caravans in Ipswich. We live in the Netherlands and because of the price difference (Brexit) and more choice in Elddis caravans we decided to import a caravan from the UK. We selected Marquis caravans in Ipswich because It’s the biggest used caravan dealer near Harwich port. The selection for the right caravan and trade deal with Luke Simpson was completed only through emails and a few telephone calls.The service of Marquis caravan was spot on. All the 220V socket were changed, the caravan was fully checked, serviced, cleaned & polished and all documentation were there. For the handover they took all time of the world and showed us how all things work. Back in the NL the registration of the caravan was no problem al all.

Good stock.Steve and Liam very helpful.Unfortunately while we went for something to eat they sold the caravan we were looking at.Not their fault, we should have made our minds up quicker.Will keep watching the web site to see if anything else comes up.Would be very happy to buy from them in the future.

I have been meaning to put a review on here for a while but i have been busy with other things. i purchased a Coachman caravan in 2018 which i am well pleased with. It had its first service this year and modified brake shoes were fitted under warranty. The check list of all the work carried out was very comprehensive being an ex engineer i was impressed. I had a few other minor issues which i will not go into but these were amicably sorted out. I must say that everybody i dealt with from the ladies in the office to the mechanics were most helpful and polite.

Sincere thanks go to Mark Thain for his first class service when we took our Motorhome in to sell. He conducted himself at the highest level, equally addressing myself in the sales discussion with my husband, which was so refreshing. He showed great respect towards us giving up something which has been a great part of our family for the past 10 years and made the process as simple and straightforward as possible, for which we were very very grateful.

I have been very happy with every aspect of the purchase of our caravan. Sales staff and service staff have been very helpful, knowledgeable and informative, as have all the staff that I have dealt with. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to buy a caravan
