Poor customer service and zero honesty. They out source labels to other companies locally as they cannot complete simple embellishments such as hot foiling and do not tell you on quoting.

Osobiście miałem bardzo szybki załadunek, ładowane z tego co widziałem wszystko tyłem, musiałem sam ładować paleciakiem, palety lekkie. Na magazynie pracuje Polka koło 50-tki niska blondynka. Dojazd do firmy fatalny wszędzie ciasno.

business estate there is a snack wagon there that's got a very nice lady foods cheap and you get a decent breakfast stick so my favourite business estate.

Terrible. Upsold me extra sleeves and added costs to print 4 colours, then delivered a 2 colour job. Argued that it was my fault and declined any refund or discount. Only when I sought a refund via Visa did they hold their hands up and admit they were wrong.Customer care is none existent here anymore. They made every effort to make it difficult for me to get a refund and stopped replying to emails. Again I had to revert to Visa to get any satisfaction.I used to use this company a lot, but will no longer - their attitude and treatment of customers stinks. Sad to see a company go downhill like this.
