We were completely out of our depth when we decided on an extension and obviously had our concerns about the whole process, but we did not need to worry at all! Leigh and his team had everything under control. We couldn't be happier with the extension and the way in which Leigh communicated and updated us throughout the whole process. The build itself is of a high standard and we have been using this amazing space for nearly 12 months now and no problems have come to light at all. We were very nervous about undertaking the build as had no previous experience but we didn't need to have worried as Leigh was very professional & reassured us from the beginning. He communicated & discussed all aspects of the job & nothing was an issue. All the work has been carried out to a high standard & all the different tradesmen who have been involved have all arrived on time & been friendly, polite & professional & tidy, clearing up at the end of the day.My only criticism would be that the outside went up very quickly but the internal work seems to have taken a while & been a bit disjointed. However saying that we are delighted with the end result & the standard of the work. Thank you Leigh & all your team for a job well done!

LJF recently completed my kitchen extension. As a busy working professional, I was anxious about being able to manage a project which was so complicated, whilst also living in the property. Leigh took control of the whole project - living out my design ideas perfectly and without compromise.Leigh goes the extra mile to ensure his work meets your expectations. He’s extremely dedicated and his customers come first, regardless. The build I had was not straightforward and Leigh ensured my family could live in the house, as comfortably as possible. All work was coordinated in a timely and responsive fashion and the end result is more than I imagined.Leigh communicates throughout the build - providing daily updates so you’re fully informed about the progress. Most of all, I’ve appreciated the personal approach to the work. He’s on site, daily to check work is being done to his high standards. I would definitely recommend.

From day one of meeting Leigh he was professional and listened to every detail we wanted to help build our dream extension which was in the planning stages for many years. All the team at LJF developments were brilliant throughout the whole build and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. I’m highly recommending LJF Developments as the quality of workmanship and communication are second to none. Leigh sent me a video and picture of a very similar extension to mine, right from then we knew he was the right person for the job, he and his team are very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. The project was to demolish car port, create a study at the rear of existing garage and extend garage at front in place of the car port.Leigh and his team are very professional & polite. Leigh is understanding of your requirements and goes out of his way to make sure things are right. Their work is first class and the finished product is just what we wanted. Brilliant job done by LJF on a recently built utility room extension, to our house.The costing was reasonably priced, with no hidden extras, which is a refreshing change in today's climate. Liegh is very knowledgeable, polite, and made every effort to puts our minds at ease, and explained everything to us if we had any questions. The team of lads are very knowledgeable in there different trade's and worked very hard, they kept the site clean and tidy before leaving every night. The build was done in a reasonable time given the fact that they had to work in some terrible weather conditions .We are very happy with our extension, and would highly recommend Liegh and his team to anyone who are looking for a quality buid .
