Nel Whatmore Artist

Nel Whatmore | Nel Whatmore is an award winning artist who works in Pastels and Oils. She is a regular exhibitor at Chelsea Flower show and is the joint founder of The New Pastel School. She has been commissioned to paint several National Flower Collections including Roses and Michaelmas Daisies . She has been 'Artist in Residence' at RHS Harlow Carr Garden and was Awarded a Princes Trust Grant
