Jack could not have been more helpful. Went upstairs to check stock and brought down alternatives as they didn't have what I wanted. Never stopped being polite even though I left without buying

Excellent service by Shaun today, he even let me know about the armed forces discount they offer, which i didn't know, about saving me a few extra £££, the shop is laid out well and easy to find what you need. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really helpful supportive & advisory staff. The ability to add forces / veteran's discounts in store great too. Will now be looking online and shopping In store as they can and will order and have shipped to.home address too. Can be returned to store too. Super service for sure..

Shout out to the Assistant Manager Shaun, The knowledge he has on all products across Mountain Warehouse is phenomenal..He knows his stuff. His customer service is excellent and he goes above and beyond to help. Store is always immaculate and well presented.

Hit and miss on quality. Often have to search the shop to find staff, and customer service is lacking. They cram a lot into a small shop, meaning it isn’t terribly accessible

Came to your store and I was greeted by the most dashing and polite customer service I have ever experienced in my short but fulfilled life. I have never been so impressed when shopping for tents, his name was James and he was a fountain of knowledge. Was a few months ago but its stuck with me ever since. I WILL BE BACK

Really helpful staff! We went there as we were told a coat I wanted to buy had my size in stock. When it didnt the lady working there called up various stores to find where we could get it and had it put aside. Really happy with the wonderful service. And yes. I got my new waterproof blue coat:)
