Bhandal Dental Practice (Halesowen Surgery)

I attended first appointment last Monday. Booked in for checkup over phone , attended Monday to be told there’s no checkups , only emergencies so I did mention I have had a bit of a toothache . I was checked then told to come back Friday 13th at 1pm. ( and boy was it a bad luck day!) I was there for 12.45 to be told through the door they close at 1 and my appointment was at 12. I definitely was told 1pm and I stand by that. The man then says he will re book it and said he will call me now, I thought he meant likeCall me to speak as we was struggling to converse through glass and social distancing etc , I stood there waiting a few minutes , he didn’t return . Awkward! I walked back home. For someone who has anxiety and has been let down by them twice in a row I will not be returning . I will find another dentist and hope for better service

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE steer well clear. The wrong tooth was 'messed' with. So now not only do I have Problem 1, but I also have Problem 2. I asked for the broken tooth to be built up, and ended up with the next front one being shaved down, so now it's shorter than the rest, and crooked, to boot. I would NEVER EVER put my trust in this Practice again!! The dentist (Arsalan Fattahi) just shrugged and said It looks the same"

I had a toothache under the filling. The doctor removed the seal and began to treat the tooth and I do not know how he broke it, I had to remove it. He injected an analgesic, the gum did not freeze, and began to remove it alive. It was terrible . I do not recommend this polyclenics.

This review should of been written months ago .I have had the pleasure to have excellent professional care by Alain and dentist nurse. I had previously experienced very bad dental work for month and was very afraid to go to an over dentist even though I was in contest pain and was in contant pain at another practice not connected to this practice. Alain corrected everything to a high standard in a very short space of time. And wasn't in pain while procedures where carried out. Alain and staff are polite and very caring and take pride in their work. I highly recommend this surgery as Alain will be the only dentist I will allow to do work on my mouth in the future. I have check soon and I am not nervous or afraid, thank you Alain

lovely people, easy to ring and get through as well & i feel really comfortable with the dentist! went for a check up and scaling & had my first ever filling & it was all good. Was numb for a few hours after but healthy teeth is non-negotiable, thanks so much! x

Use the Dentist Ali incredible Dentist been using him for years at Blackheath Dental practice now he's moved here does a great job and puts you completely at ease used to be really terrified going but now love going couldn't recommend enough. Thank you.

Very disappointed in this dental practice. Visited pre covid and was satisfied but through covid I had to visit as I felt my filling had fallen out/broke, I was told by the dentist everything was fine - not sure how he knew this as he only asked me to open my mouth as I walked into the room, I didn't even sit down. They tried to charge me Band A which I refused to pay as I had been with the dentist a matter of seconds and no equipment was used other than his eyes. I moved practices to the Bhandals in Cradley and through their thorough examination and xrays, the tooth I had previously visited about is now at risk of extraction. It's hard to say if this would have been the case if the dentist has of done more of a thorough check but it's fair to say there's a higher chance it would have been saved. Thanks alot!

Called for an appointment for my daughter for replacement filling they have now got only one dentist who only works mornings so would need to take her out of school when I said that wasn’t possible I said I may need to find a new dentist to that the receptionist said ok bye wow one Dentist that’s tells you everything.

Was at my wits end with recent, local dentists insisting that my tooth needed to be extracted and replaced with a very expensive dental implant. Decided to see Arslan, who works at both Gornal and Halesowen practices. He managed to suggest solutions and rectify my dental issue. He goes above and beyond, and exceeds patients expectations. He is highly experienced with exquisite knowledge and skills, coupled with excellent customer service. Best dentist in the Midlands, who cares about his patients teeth. A credit to the dentistry profession, puts other dentists to shame! I highly recommend!!

Alain was not able to treat my tooth as it had a complex issue with the root, he explained everything really well & in detail, he didn't leave it at that, he referred me on to another dentist in the Bhandal Group who carried the work out under the NHS who was excellent! I'm very grateful for this & having my tooth saved!
