Shaun and the team did an amazing job, lovely customer service from start to finish, they arrived on time, worked extremely hard, they were all poilte and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, the house was left tidy and hoovered, thankyou so much Shaun, you and the team made a difficult time more bearable.I am very happy to recommend this company to anyone

Recently phoned asking for a quote and if I could give 0 stars I would absolutely mortified to hear him call me a waste of time to who I'm guessing was a work colleague. Very unprofessional I'm down for helping small businesses and even if he would have matched the quote I have been previously given by someone else with that attitude I would stay clear. Very disappointed with the awful customer service

I have used Shauns House Clearances services twice now and wouldn't use anyone else. Shaun and his team are very professional, arriving on time and doing an excellent job. All rooms and garages were cleared to a high standard , leaving nothing behind. They are very approachable, only too happy to help and do not leave the job until you are satisfied. I can absolutely recommend this company without hesitation.

I fully recommend Shaun and his team to anyone looking for house clearance in the Dronfield area. Showed real compassion when they were clearing my mum's property (now in a care home). They were respectful of the property, kept the carpets dry when taking items out dispite absolute torrential rain and stopped the doors from slamming due to gale force winds. Fully cleared the property and hoovered throughout. The quote given was the price paid. Definitely went above and beyond on the job. My mum and I were very grateful.

Wow! So fast! I left them to it......Relative's house cleared of everything. Absolutely everything.The ancient garden shed full of 60 years worth of rusty tools, old cupboards......All cleared.Old stuff in the drive, pots, old cupboards......All cleared.Fridge, freezer, old vacuum cleaners......GoneHouse vacuumed. Drive and shed base swept clean.Outstanding job.Handed me back the keys and......Done.I'm very happy to recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.Thanks Shaun & company.Ian.
