I have been dealing with Steve Mould for 8 years and have found his service and pricing very competitive. He has always acted promptly and efficiently. I wish him all the best with EAS Windows.

From what was a great company years ago they have transferred into one of those cowboy company's that take your money and run at the sign of aftercare been Needed they are nowhere to be seen.Ive sent emails and made calls regarding an installation defect and have had no return calls.Have spent or generated over 20K of business with these in the last 10 years but will be looking else where now.

We have used EAS twice in the past decade or so. They have replaced all front and back windows and doors. We have been very satisfied with the results. Installation has not only been of a good quality but also done in good time with the minimum of fuss.

An efficient service and was a pleasure to do business with. I was in contact with EAS Windows every step of the way, and they kept to their promise to install the windows and door at time which was suitable for me.Would highly recommend EAS Windows.

I was shocked to see some negative reviews on here relating to EAS Windows. I have used them three times now and every time the service has been fantastic. The quality of the products is always second to none, and the fitters have been courteous, friendly and tidied up after themselves. In total, I've had a new PVC back door, a composite front door, a replacement PVC window and they built a porch for me in my last house. I would definitely recommend them and would have no hesitation in using them again.

A lot has been said about how good this company is and for the most part we found them very good with there admin side, they have a nice show room with pleasant staff who tell you how over the last 30 years they have built up a good base. But what they don't tell you is they use Sub Contractor's to fit some of there windows and doors. We had one of the most ill tempered man come to fit our windows and doors, not only did he swear like a trooper, he left mess all over the house and had to be told to clean up, he even climbed in to our shower tray with his work boots on and never cleaned his dirty foot prints up, never mind putting a cover down on it.I give you this warning if you do pick them make certain you get there proper employees and not there sub contractor, and to finish off this review they have even sent me a letter for payment before they have finished the job, I will not use this company again. This is a follow on to my first review, from the start we were not happy with the way they made the French door. They fitted a metal base under the doors so when the cold weather started it transferred the cold into our living room and this ran onto the carpet. After 5 visits from there men who clearly tried to pull the wool over our eyes, telling us it just needs some mastic on it, this never did any thing to stop cold coming in. So in the end after telling them we were now going to seek legal advice they agreed to fit a new one, this time the bottom of the door sills were made of UPVC and this has done the job they should have done in the first place. We did have them back to price some new windows but they were never going to get the job, we gave it to a local man who was very nice, cheaper and put covers down were he worked. I would never tell anybody to use this company. Waste of time and money.I am so glad the company has gone bust, the sad thing is they have started up under a new name. All work done in the past now has no guarantee with it, this means you have to ring a firm in London who then tell you that you have to pay a £50 access so you can forget about getting any help from them, as you have to get a man to come and give you a price, then send your quote to the insurance company in London. What a cock up all I can say is don't use the new company as bet it's just the same as the old one, go bust today and start under a new name tomorrow.

A quotation was provided really quickly. We needed the windows to be fitted as soon as possible and normal installation timescale was shortened to help us. The fitters arrived as scheduled completed the job quickly and the end result is lovely windows and a very neat and tidy surround. Very happy with the whole purchase experience

For approximately 20 years at our house in Oadby and recently in Wigston we have used EAS exclusively for our windows and external doors. The company has given us excellent service at acceptable prices. We will continue to use them!

Shame I have to give them 1 star. They took 7-8 months to replace an existing conservatory. This was completed 2 years ago and it has leaked ever since. They have been out over a dozen times in the last 2 years to attempt to fix the leak but this has been unsuccessful. They have resealed and replaced numerous parts but it's still leaking. I'm at the end of my tether now and we are literally running out of time. I'm 5 weeks away from having our second child and my husband is terminally ill. He wants to sort out our affairs before he passes away and although EAS are fully aware of this they are still refusing to fully replace the roof as they want to try more numerous fixes". They've sent out 3 "experts" now that they assured us could stop the leak. They've all left scratching their heads. How much longer do we need to put up with this especially at this emotionally distressing time?"
