Upcoming events - Booking by Bookwhen | Pole Sisters offers Pole dance/fitness , Aerial Hoop and flexibility classes for all abilities, all body types and all genders from age 16 upwards, as well as being actively SWer-friendly. All our instructors are certified xpole qualified instructors..We are all certified in first aid. Founded in 2018 by two strong women brought together by their shared love for all things pole and a passion for teaching, our team’s goal is to create a safe and friendly space where everyone feels welcome and everyone is a part of our pole family! Whether you’re looking for fitness and strength-building or flow and dance, for a fun new hobby or some moves for work - or even all of the above - you’ll find an instructor suited to your needs. These classes are great fun and the most supportive and encouraging environment I’ve ever experienced. I’m 51yo and after 5 months I’m already achieving things I thought I’d never be able to. Can’t thank Michaela and Grace enough.

Incredibly friendly, inclusive and welcoming studio. Classes are available for all abilities from total newbie to experienced poler! Singular classes, or monthly passes are available as well, so you don’t have to block book which is definitely a great thing if you just want to try it out (although I bet you’ll end up coming back for more) Highly highly recommend.
