A nice setup and a great ride. As well as checking the opening times on the website, made sure to phone them before setting off, just to avoid disappointment.

Website states no need to book but the day we arrived it was closed all day at no notice, so phone ahead if you intend to hire here.

Travelled around an hour on bank holiday Monday to get here and it was closed, even though google hours stated open. Asked in the café next door if they were going to be open today and they said he never turns up and it is always shut. Don't waste your time travelling here!

Really lovely bike hire shop, which is located in an old train station - so full of character! Extremely helpful and friendly staff! I just made sure to check the website before visiting for the most up to date information (Google seems to think it's still closed!) :)

Check it's actually open before committing to paying for parking. The sign advises to check the website, but that wasn't up to date either. It's peak season, how can it be closed?

Always check the Peak District National Park’s Manifold cycle hire centre web page before visiting to confirm the correct monthly opening dates. The operational days varied widely at the time of writing and so you can’t just go by the days & times on this google listing.
