Basically reliable but I find the place impersonal. They seem to have a high turnover of staff most of whom seem very young. I have banked here for 30 odd years and have suffered occasional instances of mistakes on my accounts and poor service.

Shocking customer service. Staff unhelpful, unfriendly and unprofessional.Wasted over half an hour of my time.Call me old fashioned but I thought you'd be able to open a bank account by going into the bank!Girl on the front desk not even in uniform, looking like she'd just rolled in from a night out.Kept telling me to apply online"
