The worst customer experience I have ever had! I was interested in two medals I saw on display and walked in to ask to give them a proper look (I couldn't exactly see what was written on them). The gentleman said that he is busy and if I want to buy them he will bring them to me, but he doesn't have time to show anything if I'm not sure because he is busy. I don't understand... How can I buy anything if I can't even see it? Such a disappointment... I was looking for a gift for my father, but had to leave the shop after 30 seconds :(

I've bought 'Notgeld' from Colin Narbeth & Son a couple of times now. I have a large collection of notes and I'm amazed and very pleased that each time I order a 'Lucky Dip' I have very few double ups. Excellent value and customer service.

The shop can be easily found just by walking for one minute after coming out Leicester Square station, the staff is really friendly and polite. The choice of coins and banknotes is satisfactory ideed and the prices are really good, both if you are looking for a specific item or if you are just taking a look at the miscellaneous-content boxes.If I find myself in London again I will surely visit the shop.

Bought a nice lot of cigarette cards at a bargain half price.i have visited the shop a number of times for many years and to be a bit critical the staff can come across a bit unfriendly but very business like and very knowledgeable and it is good that the shop keeps trading in the internet age.its well worth a visit.

I had an incredible experience with the shops online services, the site had an issue at first concerning payment but this was solved and I received my order quickly and COVERED in nice stamps as compensation. the shop has a wonderful variety and has been very helpful, I hope to be shopping here again soon!
