First of all you're charging £7.40 for a french toast that looks nothing like the pictures as advertised. I've had it more than once before and it's all been thick, big and both slices looked the same. On this occasion mine had a piece missing, both slices were different in size, super flat and tiny. Complete rip off. Taking inflation to another level.Secondly, I refused to pay the service charge but one of the staff members just stood there watch me argue with the person at the till of not wanting to pay. I am continuously been told I have to pay the charge when legally I don't. Only for him to realise his mistake. BUT not only that because we chose to split" the bill the service charge was also on my sister's bill. So technically you're paying the service charge twice??! Or even though I've asked for it to be taken off it's only partly being taken off???! .LASTLY

Had an amazing time with my mates and the food topped off the evening. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff were very attentive and always making sure we had all we needed. In particular there was a young girl Fazeela who made surr we got our food on time and to the best standards. 5 Star Service from 5 Star Staff!! Will definitely come again and recommend to family and friends!!!

Awesome experience!The food was delicious and the customer service was exceptional.Big thank you to our server Fatimah who helped us out us choose a good dessert that suited our dietary requirements and constantly asked if we needed anything with a smile on her face.Would highly recommend!

Had a great time! The waffles were perfectly crispy on the outside and had a nice fluffy center. The toffee drip was just oof! Our server, Ola, was lovely. Would recommend

Nice ambiance. Good desserts. Good service as well. Id definitely recommend their french toast with strawberry cheesecake icecream 10/10
