RH Doors and Shutters

l was supplied a new motor for my garage door, which arrived as promised, and at a very reasonable price. I was also told that if I needed any advice to fit it all I had to do was ring back. I strongly recommend RH Doors.

Order a motor replacement for my shutter door motor received after a day. Also give me instruction how to install the new motor cause my old motor is different from the one that i ordered. When adjusting the limit of the motor, encounter a problem so text Rich to about the problem text back to me and told me what to do, problem solve.

Within 3 days of sending email to Rich at RH doors and shutters, he visited our store to look at repairing a window shutter. Very professional, clean and tidy and knew exactly what he was doing. I didn't have a clue how these garage roler shutters work. But after talking to these people who talked me through it what to exactly do was spot on. Fitted it today no problems thank you for your patience & sending me the new roller including 2 remote controls.Very highly recommendthank you

Great company to deal with. Garage door wouldn't close without pressing the buttons 10 times.Local companies didn't want to know they said the parts weren't available for my door and a new door was needed. Richard explained how to test the door to make sure I wasn't buying parts for the sake of it and then recommended thats parts and explained down the phone how to fit.Cracking company and the parts we're very reasonable especially since we live in times that everybody is robbing folk and over charging. Excellent service from Louise who quickly identified the replacement roller shutter motor I needed to replace my faulty Somfy motor and the new motor arrived much sooner than expected.I had a small issue with the installation (my fault) but a quick call to Rich resolved the problem within minutes ........ in fact, he answered my question before I even asked ......... everything is easy when you know what you are doing, and Rich certainly does.All in all a great experience ... good product, great pricing and, most importantly. excellent after sales service.I now know where to go when the motor in my other garage door fails.Well done guys ......Highly recommended.
