Brought my duvet to be dry cleaned. One week later picked it up no stains remove had a weird smell of it. It's like they hadn't even cleaned it. So paid £28.99 for nothing.i should have read the reviews first.

Be careful with these guys they are crafty, brought some trousers in to replace zipPaid extra for same day service, the lady asked me to come back at 5pm I returned just before 5 they were closed and locked up, not answering my calls either. I went back days later as I was away she acted as if she knew nothing about what I was saying had to repeatedly ask for the same day few back which she did pay back after trying to pay me not even the full amount

Awful, just under £20.00 to put a zip in a dress, told to pick up next week, went to be told it wasn't ready to go shopping they'd do it, when I got it home the zip was hard to do up, had only had single stitching put in, but had double stitching taken out. Now have to pay to get it stitched properly. Will never go back. Rip off not professional.

Gave my suit for dry clean, they just ironed and returned , even creased the trouser. Liars , cheats , unprofessional.

I turned up needing a few changes to where the buttons of my blazers were and she smiled and offered to do right there and then in just 10min whilst I went food shopping. Incredibly kind people and so happy to help you!

I gave my suitcase to clean with a big stain inside- explained what should be cleaned. They called me next day asking what was wrong with the suitcase. So unprofessional. Collected the suitcase today.. The stain is still there as it was before, the lady barley could explained how they cleaned (tried to clean) it. Do not recommend- just losing your money.

If it was possible to give no stars I would . The overall experience with this shop was appalling . I went to and from and back and forth between the tailor over the filter of 4 weeks for an item that was a one day job . The quality of service was poor and I was left unhappy with all my items . Firstly when doing my measurements safety pins were used which I was pricked with numerous times which should have been the first sign of inexperience . I was advised due to my body shape having been bigger in the hips and smaller at the waist the job was difficult to complete which was entirely discriminatory and made the issue about my body and not even their work . I received my items back dirty with black stitching used on light material items the groin area on shorts being completely off it was nothing but a shxt show of an experience. Will never use them again and to be frank they’re unreliable poorly managed and unprofessional.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Warning do not spend your hard earned money here. My garment made from scratch was below standard and they think £40 is a reasonable price for shoddy work. I have had to attend 3 times to even get a reasonable fit. Stitching is awful a child could do better. My material is ruined from the uneven cutting! The location itself is a health and safety hazard open food everywhere. Clothes in no order. The fitting area and the curtain and rail collapsed on me. No attention to detail or what the customer needs more concerned with the dry cleaning business. Do not recommend this place at all very angry at service.
