Perhaps if office staff spent less time outside smoking!and management pulled their nose out of team leaders brown spots!!,then those lovely residents would be taken more care of!!,that house isn't lacking because of agency!,it's lacking because of core staff!

Really nice set of staff. Karen is just exceptional. I love the PWS together with a great working environment. I will definitely want a repeat.
