Summer nails

Ridiculous experience for £43 for a full set…I was not listened to at all on numerous occasions, had an acrylic power put on which was glittery, after specifying no glitter. It was taken off slightly, but not properly leaving a dent in the tip and the tip not replaced after I asked. There is acrylic all under my nails and I was cut in numerous places due to them rushing. I think about 4 different people did my nails, they look nothing like the photo and I can’t believe I was charged what I was. Paid via bank transfer and they look a photo of my bank payment off my phone without even asking. I would not recommend this place at all, left very disappointed with bad quality nails and with sore fingers.

Awful experience here today, booked an appointment but left to wait 2 hours. They prioritise walk-ins over you to maximise income, as a result the nails were ridiculously rushed. They don’t take card presumably to avoid paying tax, accepted bank transfer but only if you put the reference as “bubble tea”! Please don’t trust their 5 star reviews, if you look closely they all have only 1 review to their name so are likely all fabricated accounts in a desperate attempt to boost their fake reputation. 1/10 - avoid.

Worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. Booked the 1hr appointment but waited for an hour for someone to come over to you to start and ended up spending 2.5hr in total for nail extensions. Explained to three different people about what I wanted as they kept changing the person who’s doing it.Fingers being filed so hard and ignored my ‘ouch’ so many times.Avoid

Had a walk in appointment here on the spur of the moment. Lucky enough, they had time to do my nails immediately.I wanted a pure silver nail. After not finding what I was looking for with the normal colours, my technician suggested chrome powder. It was EXACTLY the look I wanted. Very happy with the result.

Just wanted to thank the nice lady at the salon for great work, got the exact color and shape i wanted- and she listened and asked for my opinion throughout the service. Also, fair and comfortable prices, just shy of 30 quid.The nails last a fairly long time, and look lovely!
