Good not very busy

New management has no experience in customer service , and how to appreciate existing loyal customers, after being regulars for over 12 years , sadly as a bunch of guys who like a good game of football , we decided not to play there anymore .

Absolute joke, been trying to call & book a pitch all day, just comes up “call busy” someone’s obviously on the phone too much there. Asked a few other people to call and same result. Need to have a second phone in there

Brilliant - managed to get a day time booking at short notice so we didn't miss our regular game - Guys couldn't be more helpfully

I came here for a youth football competition, the entrance is just hidden away at a random door in the corner with no signage and the walk down the corridor is a bit dated with old artwork but the facilities inside were of good standards. The netting could do with updates in some areas so balls don't get stuck behind the fences but otherwise it's a pretty good venue for our competition to be held.It's inside too which is a big plus.Parking was on site with around 20+ spacesI'd play here myself or use it again for the youth club

Playing on the pitches are great however On 4 occasions after booking over the phone they had no knowledge of our bookingWe sometimes have 10-14 players coming from all over the city and to let people down like that down through lack of organisation is awful and a sin when it comes to team sport.Goals in shawlands never have this issueWhy on earth they don't have a proper system like a Google doc or similar I cannot understandAnd the staff almost seem grumpy with us when we communicate this issueAlso the toilets are absolutely disgusting, train-spotting levels bad and no hot water in the showersAny half decent management or simple maintenance Could make this place fantastic but is severely let down by some of the worst management and organisation I've ever encountered in my years playing footbll

Not bad pitches but it’s let down by the extremely poor staff. The dude was rude, arrogant and even aggressive when asking for payment.Have been playing here for years and the service was great when Gerry was around, but recently since Gerry’s departure the place is not the same. It’s safe to say I will not be playing my games here any longer due to the unprofessionalism of the staff that now run the establishment.
