I was just looking up Adorn for the postcode as I wanted to send a friend there by SatNav and came across a negative review which really shocked me. I have found the service to be exemplary, I even sent my Mum in with her OLD watch and he repaired it there and then with a cup of tea. I found the price to be fair and the quality of the work excellent. I have used this guy for lots of things, Valuations, making me a unique piece from old jewellery, last minute bit of dress jewellery (very reasonable) for a night out, repairs and gifts - over a few years of course! My husband had his wedding ring made in Adorn to replicate a bangle he bought me for our wedding. Romantic, I know.

Have been using these guys for several years now, have never had a bad word to say. Very efficient, always on time and great workmanship. Highly recommend Adorn!

I took my engagement ring in to be re-sized last week. Not only did they do a fantastic job, they did it so quickly. Very reasonable price and it's re-assuring knowing that the work is done on site rather than sending your jewellery away. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I must have visited at a very busy time or the staff have had a fall out. Very unfriendly, and I was treated more like a nuisance than a potential customer. I then went on to the other jewelers on the high street F Hind and Ramsey and found the experience to be in total contrast - so friendly, helpful and no questions were too much. One of these businesses got my custom instead. I guess businesses have their rights to be rude and I too have my right to take my custom elsewhere and leave a review. Anyway, I am glad to support local businesses and I would recommend seeing the other jewelers on the high street and do a comparison, not least the customer service.

I absolutely love this shop!!!!! I love the friendly and helpful staff and I love their Can-do" attitude. I was looking for a specific design of bangle as a special personal gift and I was impressed with the professionalism of the workmanship and the attention to detail by the guy in the shop who created the piece. I was also very impressed with the competitive pricing which I though was very reasonable for the Surrey area.I will deffo keep this lovely shop in mind the next time I am thinking of purchasing something "Extra Special" Many thanks X"

Visited this place a few times. First time was for a watch with loose hands. I left it with them over night and they said they'd have it fixed by the next day. Went to them a second time the next day, they gave me the watch back and the hands were still loose and moved independently of the clockwork. So I gave it back to them and they were able to tighten by the time I next visited them, a third time. Today I visited them again for the forth time regarding repairs for another watch. You can see from the time that I took the photos that I was there before their scheduled closing time at 5pm, and yet the whole place was closed up. Not a great experience overall. Two out of my three visits have been futile, and whilst the one other time, they did do a good job on the watch, it really hasn't been worth the hassle which is why I'm giving them this rating.

Highly recommend without a doubt, Taken many repairs here over the years and honesty cannot fault! Very reasonable prices and the workmanship is second to none. Jewellery's always been returned looking as good as new :)

So helpful. The staff were very helpful and fixed the locket on my bracelet within seconds. Very experienced jewellers. I was recommended by another jewellers.

I felt compelled to write a review to share my experience at Adorn. When the alteration I had requested to a chain wasn’t quite as I had hoped, David promptly took it back and redid it to perfection - in fact, far exceeding my expectations! (And all for a very fair price). I wouldn’t hesitate to go back, and would recommend the shop unreservedly! Thank you so much David!

Really helpful and swapped a pendant over from one necklace to another really quickly. Friendly staff.
