Ordered quite a few parts recently and always a good experience! Seems Sophie does most of the packing for dispatch and always well protected from delivery! Last order had to come from Japan kept informed and was earlier than expected, couldn’t be happier!

Needed new chain but no OEM available in UK so Robert suggested a well known brand as an alternative. Offered me the options of collection fom Colchester in person or post. Chose post and it has arrived within 5 days. Excellent communication and service that was centred on customer needs and requirements. He also answers e-mails fast. Very happy. I recommend Kawasaki Parts Online (Colchester Kawasaki) and Robert in particular if you need parts and someone who finds solutions to get you on the road.

I just purchased a Kawasaki er 6n and needed some parts. Did the usual Google search and these guys came up. I compared their prices to Fowler's and motorcycle parts warehouse. They were the cheapest and they had the parts in I needed. There was a slight problem with one item. However Sophie got in contact with me and it was quickly resolved so my order could sent out. From ordering to delivery took just 4 days.Can't recommend the company enough based on this experience and will definitely use them again for any parts I need.Dave
