I had an old ring previously owned by my grandad which had been cut and wanted repairing. I visited the shop to enquire and discuss what could be done. I wanted to keep the original pattern as I thought it gave it character, and keeps the history of the ring. Everything I asked for was done to the highest standard and the craftsmanship was impeccable. I found out information about the ring I didn't know and the staff were so friendly and genuinely interested in the story of the ring. The repair on the ring is everything I wanted and more, I still can't believe how it has turned out. It can now be worn for many more years and kept in the family. A massive thank you for Phillip Kirby Jewelers and staff, I couldn't recommend enough and I'll definitely be back to the shop in the future.

Philip and his team have repaired and made so many items now, for myself and my family. It is always done to such an amazing standard. He takes such outstanding care of your items and is sympathetic to the sentimental value, not cost value, as that can mean so much more. I always do highly recommend them.
